Saunas Help You Avoid The Flu

If you want to know how to survive the cold season, you have come to the right place. It is those few months in the late fall, early winter when the weather is cold and miserable and everyone is cooped up indoors. School has started and kids are experts at spreading germs. Before you know it, Tommy comes home coughing and sneezing, and Jami has flushed cheeks and a fever. Not only do they feel miserable, but they also want to stay at home with you all day spreading their germs on every surface they touch. You could follow them around with antibacterial wipes and spray down every surface, but this approach is just a waste of time and antibacterial spray.

Whether it is your kids bringing home the germs or you and your husband are the ones catching bugs from co-workers,  you need to make sure do not get sick or that it does not completely wipe you out for a few days. You need to stay healthy! There are too many things on your plate and they simply will not be done if you are out of commission for a few days. It is time to go into “stay healthy” mode the second you notice cold season coming around the corner. Heat up your home sauna and purchase the strongest antibacterial soap you can find!

Washing your hands thoroughly and often is one of the best ways to prevent illness. Your hands are what makes contact with the doorknobs and surfaces that germs sit on all day waiting for their next victim. The trick, however, is that you need to touch your face, eyes, nose, or mouth in order for the bacteria to actually infect you. Instead, kill it off by washing your hands!

Exercising and steam saunas are two features that will help keep you healthy as well. Exercise helps keep your body in great shape so that it is better prepared to fight against invaders. It starts your blood pumping which not only helps distribute repair cells throughout the body, it also can dislodge bacteria from the place it attaches. Sauna health is also a very real phenomenon; the heat and steam of the sauna help open up your lungs and improve your respiration system. It clears everything out so that you feel healthier and better prepared to battle the remaining germs. Good luck staying healthy this flu season!
